Erik Reisner did a great job selling an unusual property. Namely an 8 acre 1830 farm that is on the National Register of Historic Places, with a conservation easement preventing any change to the façade of the buildings and requiring that the adjacent fields be kept as is, not developed. He was very good on strategy, and went beyond the call of duty, given that it was an estate with all relatives remote.

Can't say enough....but will try. The patience delivered by Steve is uncommon to his trade. I have never met a person as well suited for the job of realtor in relation to the client, either buyer or seller. Realtors normally hold a place in my heart as close as car salesman - not close! We as particular buyers were looking for a very unique property and it took us eight years to find the perfect home with 185 acres. Steve has always treated every email and phone call as though we were a new client. He always responds quickly and addresses immediate needs promptly and completely. He is a forward thinker as to what may effect a deal along with what to or what not to do, always keeping integrity at the top of everything he does. Throughout my 28 years of buying and selling property to include personal homes and income properties, there has not been a realtor who comes close to the talents and attention to detail which Steve maintains.
