Each unit has a wood burning fireplace and deck/balcony, and there is a shared laundry room with coin operated machines.
The layout at Christmas Tree is identical to the one-bedroom units at the Mountainside condo complex up at Lincoln Peak.
The only difference in the original finish work was cherry trim in the Christmas Tree units, and pine trim up at Mountianside.
