Governor Scott has issued Update 9 to Executive Order 01-20, New Work Safe Additions to the Be Smart, Stay Safe Order.
All real estate related services will be provided in a manner calculated to minimize in-person contact. Any activity that can be conducted remotely, online, by phone, or email, shall be.
Real estate services must conduct as much work as possible remotely and has changed the way we have traditionally done business.

Our agents may operate if they can comply with the mandatory health and safety requirements, with no more than 10 persons (service provider and client) present at one time.
Our agents will observe strict social distancing of 6 feet while in the office or on appointments.
Our agents and all customers / clients shall wear non-medical cloth face coverings (bandanna, scarf, or nonmedical mask, etc.) over their nose and mouth when in the presence of others.
We must maintain a log of customers and their contact information for 30 days in the event contact tracing is required by the Health Department.
Our agents will have easy and frequent access to soap and water or hand sanitizer during duration of work, and handwashing or hand sanitization will be required before entering and leaving the office and/or any property. All common spaces and equipment, including bathrooms, frequently touched surfaces and doors, tools and equipment, and vehicles will be cleaned and disinfected at the beginning, middle and end of each day and prior to transfer from one person to another.
