Mad River Valley Real Estate Sales for the Month of October
Statistics were taken on the last day of the month from the Northern New England Real Estate Network.
The towns of Fayston, Moretown, Waitsfield and Warren were included.
October inventory ended at 423 properties, a slight up tick from September inventory of 417 properties. 15 sales in October was down from 19 in September. However, the number of properties under contract at the end of October was at 32 compared to 33 at the end of September. That is a hopeful sign as sales usually start to drop off at this time of year.
